Balfegó – Sustainable Excellence in Bluefin Tuna Cultivation

Balfegó is one of the few Bluefin tuna producers committed to sustainable farming and the highest quality standards. After spawning, the fish are caught in the wild and transferred to expansive open-sea enclosures, providing ample space to swim. They are exclusively fed wild fish, ensuring optimal fat content—essential for the rich texture of the tuna.
